About the Role
As a Field Sales Associate, you will be at the frontline of Hakki Africa’s growth strategy — engaging prospective vehicle buyers, promoting financing solutions, building client relationships, and closing sales in a dynamic, target-driven field environment. You will represent Hakki Africa’s brand across your assigned territory and play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base in the vehicle sales and financing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage buyers throughout the sales process by providing vehicle and financing information, pricing options, and product presentations
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and test drives with prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing and financing terms while ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Identify and develop new sales leads through networking and community engagement
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hakki Africa’s vehicle financing products and services
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
- Experience in sales and marketing — prior experience in vehicle sales or asset financing is a strong advantage
- Strong network within the vehicle sales industry is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and use of sales tracking tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented field environment
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an added advantage
- A valid driving licence is an added advantage
