About the Program
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to fast-track talented, analytically sharp graduates into the world of investment banking. Over 3 months of intensive, hands-on training, trainees will be exposed to the full spectrum of investment banking operations including financial analysis, capital markets, deal structuring, corporate finance, wealth management, and regulatory compliance. The program aims to build a pipeline of young professionals equipped to contribute meaningfully to Kenya’s growing capital markets ecosystem.
What Trainees Can Expect

- Hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution

Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates or finalists awaiting graduation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field
- Pursuing or holding professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, ACCA, FIA, CIFA, or FMVA is a strong advantage
- Proven involvement in academic projects, case competitions, investment research, or relevant school activities
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a genuine passion for capital markets and investment banking
