    Submit a Job Listing

    Are you an employer or HR professional looking to advertise a vacancy on ActiveJobs.co.ke? We publish job listings from NGOs, UN agencies, private sector companies, government institutions, and international organisations.

    Send your job details to admin@activejobs.co.ke with the subject line ‘Job Submission’. Please include: job title, organisation name, location, deadline, salary (if applicable), application instructions, and a link to the official application page.

    We do not publish job listings that require applicants to pay any fee. All listings are subject to verification before publication.

    Report a Fraudulent Listing

    If you have encountered a job listing on our Site that you believe is fraudulent, misleading, or has been used to scam job seekers, please report it immediately to admin@activejobs.co.ke with the subject line ‘Scam Report’. Include the job title, the URL of the listing, and details of what made you suspicious.

    We take fraud reports very seriously and investigate all reports within 24 hours. Verified fraudulent listings are removed immediately.
