Position 1: Guest Relations Officer
The Guest Relations Officer will be the voice of the hotel’s guests and the champion of memorable experiences, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional, and personalized level of service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on concerns and resolving issues
- Build strong relationships with guests and promote guest loyalty
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
- Maintain accurate guest records and report on guest feedback and trends
- Promote the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions
- Ensure a high standard of service in line with 4-star hotel expectations
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Position 2: Food & Beverage Supervisor
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s F&B outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service delivery at all times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in planning menus, promotions, and special events
- Prepare reports on outlet performance and sales
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Any other duties as assigned by management
