About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial statements
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable/payable
- Ensure timely statutory filings — VAT, withholding tax, and related obligations
- Handle tax compliance including rental income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and capital gains
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
- Support audits and liaise with auditors and regulators
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge of tax obligations, preferably in real estate or property management
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
