Pwani Oil Products Limited is hiring an Assistant Executive – Trade Representative based in Nakuru to drive sales volumes, build retailer relationships, and grow the brand’s market presence across assigned routes.

What You Will Do
- Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across your assigned route
- Ensure products are available, visible, and well-placed in all retail outlets including Dukas, beauty shops, and pharmacies
- Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance
- List and promote new product developments (NPDs), ensuring timely introduction and feedback collection
- Execute in-store merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell-out
- Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately through the company’s Sales App
- Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets
What They Are Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution within the FMCG sector
- Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards
- Must have a driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools
- A customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Nakuru region
