Key Skills & Qualifications
Organisation Skills Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively — proficiency in scheduling appointments, managing the CEO’s calendar, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and representing the CEO with professionalism in all channels.
Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
Problem-Solving Skills Ability to think critically and find practical solutions under pressure — demonstrating sound judgement when challenges arise without escalating unnecessarily.
