1. Assistant Director, Finance, Planning and Accounts (Re-advertisement)

Leads NGEC’s financial management, planning, and accounting functions — overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, expenditure control, and compliance with public finance regulations. Requires a senior finance professional with CPA(K) or equivalent qualification and significant public sector financial management experience.
2. Assistant Director, HRM and Administration

Oversees human resource management and administrative operations across NGEC — covering staff recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, and office administration. Requires a seasoned HR professional with demonstrated experience in public service HR management and strong knowledge of Kenya’s labour laws and public service regulations.
3. Records Management Assistant III
Grade NGEC 8 | Ref: NGEC/HR/7/3/2026 | 1 Post | Permanent & Pensionable
Supports the management, classification, storage, and retrieval of NGEC’s institutional records and documentation — both physical and digital. Ensures records are maintained in accordance with records management standards and government archiving requirements. Suited to candidates with a diploma or certificate in records management or information science.
4. Records Management Assistant II
Grade NGEC 7 | Ref: NGEC/HR/8/3/2026 | 1 Post | Permanent & Pensionable
A slightly more senior records management support role — assisting in the coordination of records systems, supervising filing operations, tracking document movements, and supporting records audits and disposal processes in line with NGEC’s information management policy.
5. Drivers III
Grade NGEC 9 | Ref: NGEC/HR/9/3/2026 | 2 Posts | Permanent & Pensionable
Responsible for safely transporting NGEC staff and materials to HQ and regional office locations across Kenya. Drivers must hold a valid Kenyan driving licence, have a clean driving record, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism in representing the Commission during official duties.
6. Office Assistant III
Grade NGEC 10 | Ref: NGEC/HR/10/3/2026 | 3 Posts | Permanent & Pensionable
Provides general office support services — including cleaning, running office errands, assisting with mail and document delivery, supporting meeting setup and logistics, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across NGEC premises. An accessible entry-level role into the public service.
