Griffin Global Technologies is hiring Customer Service Agents to join its dynamic support team in Nyeri, Kenya. The ideal candidates will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while supporting international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client activities efficiently
- Perform track & trace operations and provide real-time updates
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring First Contact Resolution (FCR) where possible
- Escalate complex cases according to defined escalation procedures
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and ticketing systems
- Identify upselling opportunities to support revenue growth
- Monitor and meet SLA, TAT, and performance targets
- Troubleshoot customer and system-related issues
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, call center, or support roles
- Experience supporting international clients (US clients preferred)
- Experience in appointment scheduling or track & trace operations is an added advantage
