About the Role
This is not just a reception role. It is a people-facing operations role at the heart of the Impact Hub Nairobi space. You will be responsible for welcoming members and guests, supporting room bookings and events, coordinating daily operations, and helping create a strong community experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times
- Support room bookings, event coordination, and scheduling across the space
- Coordinate daily front-of-house and operational activities to keep the space running smoothly
- Help build and maintain a strong, connected community experience for members
- Handle general administrative and operations support tasks as required
Who Should Apply
- Someone with 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, front office, coworking, operations, events, customer service, or community-facing work
- A people person — warm, organised, and proactive with a genuine passion for community building
- Based in Nairobi and available for a full-time, in-person role
