Position Overview
The Inbound Sales Specialist will be dedicated to converting inbound leads into confirmed bookings, re-engaging past customers, and upselling recurring service plans for a lean, high-performance data-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads from sources like Google LSA and Thumbtack into confirmed bookings promptly
- Re-engage past clients and convert one-time users into recurring service plans to drive revenue growth
- Maintain speed and responsiveness across communication platforms including text, phone, and email to ensure no lead is lost
- Maintain an accurate and structured pipeline within the CRM or tracking document
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency — fluent in both Spanish and English with near-native spoken English
- Proven experience in inbound sales or customer booking roles
- Comfort handling sales calls, closing over the phone, and managing objections
- High energy, confident, and professional tone with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the home-services industry such as cleaning or maintenance
- Familiarity with tools like Dialpad, Launch27, or Go High Level
