1. Finance Officer — Grade J/G ‘K’ (CSG 10)
Reference: CTVC./FO/01/26 | 1 Vacancy | Permanent
At CSG 10, this is a mid-senior finance role. You’ll oversee the college’s financial management functions including budget preparation and monitoring, financial reporting, revenue collection, expenditure control, and compliance with the Public Finance Management Act. You’ll liaise with the National Treasury and report to college management on the financial health of the institution.
Typical requirements at this grade: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA Part II minimum; several years’ experience in a public sector finance environment.
2. Accountant — Grade J/G ‘J’ (CSG 11)

At CSG 11, this is an entry-to-mid level accounting role focused on day-to-day financial transactions. Responsibilities typically include maintaining ledgers and journals, bank reconciliations, processing payments and receipts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate statutory deductions and remittances (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF).
Typical requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA Part II minimum; experience with government accounting systems such as IFMIS is an advantage. For CPA certification pathways, visit ICPAK.
3. Supply Chain Officer — Grade J/G ‘K’ (CSG 10)

At CSG 10, this role manages the college’s procurement and supply chain function in line with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015. Responsibilities include preparation of procurement plans, management of tender processes, vendor sourcing and evaluation, contract management, and compliance with PPOA guidelines.
Typical requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; CIPS or KISM membership is an advantage. See Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) for professional standards applicable to this role.
4. Stores Officer — Grade J/G ‘H’ (CSG 11)

At CSG 11, this is an operational stores management role. Responsibilities include receiving, recording, and issuing college stores and assets; maintaining accurate stock records; conducting stock takes; ensuring proper custody and security of stores; and preparing stores reports for management.
Typical requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Stores Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; experience in a busy stores environment; knowledge of government stores regulations.
