Open Positions at Steel & Tube STIL Group
All ten positions listed are currently vacant with a shared application deadline of 5 May 2026:
- Storekeepers — inventory and stock management within the company’s stores and warehouse operations
- Cashier — cash handling, receipting, and financial transaction support at point of sale or office level
- Accountant — financial recording, reporting, and compliance within the finance department
- Electrician — electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Quality Controller — inspection and quality assurance of steel and tube products against set standards
- Mechanical Technician — mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing of production equipment and machinery
- Sales Executive — business development, client management, and sales of steel and tube products across assigned territories
- Health and Safety Officer / ISO Coordinator — workplace safety compliance, incident management, and ISO certification coordination
- Clearing Officer — customs clearance, import/export documentation, and liaison with Uganda Revenue Authority and freight agents
- Costing and MIS Executive — product costing, management information systems, and financial analysis support to operations and management
Required Qualifications and Experience

- Clearing Officer: Diploma or degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Customs Management; familiarity with EAC customs frameworks
- Sales Executive: Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business; proven B2B sales track record
- Storekeepers: Diploma in Supplies Management or Stores Management; KISM or equivalent membership an advantage
