This is a senior-level operational leadership role — not an individual EA position. You’ll build and lead a team of Executive Assistants, develop training systems, manage day-to-day performance, and serve as the key bridge between client expectations and EA delivery quality. Key Responsibilities
EA Training & Development
- Lead onboarding and training of Executive Assistants to ensure strong, consistent foundations

- Confidence working with international clients and remote teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication

Role 2: Client Relationship Associate

Salix Data is seeking a highly competent, exceptionally organised, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and effective time management. Nairobi Convention
Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Orchestrate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision — flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Craft and edit critical correspondence, presentations, and reports with impeccable accuracy
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and events including all logistical and catering requirements
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and employees, clients, and external partners at the highest professional standard
- Exercise utmost discretion in handling confidential and sensitive executive-level communications
- Efficiently manage and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
