Requirements

- Proven experience in an administrative role — preferably in medical supplies, healthcare, or distribution
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems
- Ability to handle procurement support, order tracking, and basic logistics coordination
- Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment (oxygen accessories, PPE, etc.) is an added advantage
