Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and organise records
- Handle correspondence and prepare reports and documents
- Assist in the Managing Director’s daily activities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the MD
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year working experience
