About This Role
You’ll serve as the primary bridge between Artcaffè and its Hotel, Restaurant, and Café clients, managing a portfolio of key HORECA accounts. You’ll work directly alongside the Head of B2B, ensuring seamless execution from order placement to final delivery while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Trusted Advisory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HORECA accounts
- Build long-lasting partnerships by understanding client business challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly
Project & Order Management
- Support the Head of B2B on larger initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement to meet client timelines and quality standards
Commercial Operations & Administration
- Maintain meticulous logs of orders and invoices
- Partner with the finance team on reconciliations and credit notes
- Ensure smooth and transparent billing processes for clients
Account Growth & Analysis
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio
- Prepare performance reports and gap analyses using data to drive improved outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience with a proven track record in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales
- Prior experience within the food industry HORECA segment — essential. You must speak the language of chefs, F&B directors, and procurement managers
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset for complex logistical and operational challenges
- An established network within the local HORECA industry is highly preferred
