About This Role
As E-Commerce Solution Support Officer, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining integrations between payment platforms and partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly from onboarding through to live operations. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to support new feature rollouts, resolve integration issues, and ensure all payment solutions remain compliant with scheme rules and regulatory requirements across the markets Network International serves.
This role suits a detail-oriented professional who can move comfortably between technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration. You will identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, conduct QA testing, and act as a reliable point of support for both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain integrations with payment platforms and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous operations
- Identify and recommend system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of payment solutions
- Support the rollout of new payment product features in close collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Monitor changes to payment scheme rules and regulatory requirements, and implement necessary compliance updates proactively
- Conduct quality assurance testing for integrations and payment features to ensure robust performance and a seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support to both internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate across engineering and product functions to prioritise enhancements, address technical challenges, and support product launches
Required Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Solid understanding of payment platforms, partner integrations, QA processes, and compliance standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-moving environment
- Good planning and organisation skills
Desirable:
- Prior experience in payments, fintech, or a related technology environment
- Professional certifications in project management, software testing, or compliance (e.g. PMP, ISTQB, or similar)
- Exposure to e-commerce payment solutions across African or Middle East markets
Skills and Competencies
- Technical fluency in payment platform integrations and API-based systems
- Structured QA testing approach with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive compliance monitoring and regulatory awareness
- Ability to manage multiple integration workstreams simultaneously
