About the job
Buying & Supply Chain Administrator plays a central role in keeping procurement and supply chain operations running smoothly. This position supports purchasing, planning, and logistics by managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring products are available when needed.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day buying activities, supporting inventory planning, and keeping ERP systems updated and reliable. The role also contributes to supplier performance tracking and helps improve efficiency across the entire supply chain.
Requirements
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain coordination
- Strong working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory planning processes
- Experience managing supplier communication and follow-ups
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify gaps or trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong Excel and data handling capability
- Experience coordinating suppliers and logistics operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
