A fast-growing business is hiring a full-time AI Workflow & Enablement Specialist to lead AI adoption across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Admin teams — with a strong focus on Claude. The role is onsite and aligned to Australian time zones.
About This Role
This is a cross-functional, hands-on role at the intersection of operations, process improvement, and AI adoption. You’ll shadow teams, identify inefficiencies, design practical AI-driven solutions, and embed them into daily workflows — then train staff to use them confidently. This is not an engineering role. It’s for someone who understands how businesses actually operate and can translate that understanding into real productivity gains using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Analysis & AI Use Case Development
- Shadow teams across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Admin to understand day-to-day workflows
- Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies across business functions
- Translate observations into practical AI use cases using Claude — prompts, workflows, and light automations
- Prioritise opportunities based on impact, effort, and ease of adoption
Implementation & Adoption
- Work with team leaders to test and implement AI-driven improvements in real workflows
- Iterate solutions based on feedback and measurable outcomes
- Embed successful workflows into daily team operations to ensure long-term adoption
- Create prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks for ongoing reference
Training & Enablement
- Run 1:1 and small-group training sessions to build AI adoption and confidence
- Support teams in developing strong prompting practices and AI literacy across technical and non-technical staff
Reporting & Impact Tracking
- Track and report on time saved, efficiency gains, and process improvements
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years in operations, process improvement, consulting, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience using AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — in real business environments
- Experience running training sessions or supporting adoption of new tools and processes
Skills
- Strong ability to analyse workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to translate business problems into simple, practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working onsite aligned to Australian working hours
Salary, Contract & Location Details
Not disclosed. Confirm package at interview. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring daily overlap with Australian time zones (AEST/AEDT). Candidates outside Australia should confirm their ability to work these hours before applying.
