AHK Eastern Africa — the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa — is connecting qualified Kenyan electricians and electrical technicians with German manufacturing companies through the African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G) project. This is a structured visa-sponsored pathway into Germany’s manufacturing sector for qualified Kenyan professionals.
No deadline is stated — apply immediately if your profile matches.
About This Opportunity
The AS4G project provides guidance, pre-placement support, and direct connections between vetted Kenyan technical professionals and German employers actively seeking skilled trades talent. If selected, AHK Eastern Africa facilitates the matching process — this is not a direct employer application but a talent pipeline managed by a credible bilateral trade institution.
Germany’s manufacturing sector faces a significant skilled trades shortage, making this a genuine and structured route into the European job market for qualified Kenyan electricians.
