About This Role
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the STRIDES team, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role covers document preparation, scheduling, records management, data entry, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks supporting the STRIDES programme
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external enquiries
- Manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and handle meeting logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, graphics, and special documents
- Receive, distribute, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain files, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation logs
- Support data collection, verification, and records management
- Supervise office cleaning operations and maintain an orderly work environment
- Provide copying, faxing, and large-scale mailing support to team members
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or international equivalent — mandatory
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 0–3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Skype/Zoom/Teams
- Strong attention to detail in composing, proofreading, and formatting documents
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 5lbs
- Travel requirement: less than 10%
Salary
KES 1,400,000 – 2,000,000 per year (basic salary). FHI 360 considers years of experience, education, internal equity, and market pay when determining the final offer.
