Key Responsibilities
- Know the menu thoroughly to confidently recommend, pair, and upsell to guests
- Take accurate orders, communicate updates, and deliver prompt dining experiences
- Act as the face of the restaurant — ensuring guests are happy from seating to payment
- Maintain perfectly set tables, polished cutlery, and impeccable personal grooming
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality
- Fresh graduates highly encouraged to apply
- 1 year of fast-paced serving experience is an added advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Impeccable grooming standards
- Energetic, outgoing, and resilient
