About This Role
Beula Gold Cosmetics Products — distributed under the Bella Club brand — is expanding its market presence across Kenya. They need results-driven Sales Representatives to grow accounts, onboard new retail outlets, and hit sales targets across four regions.
Locations
- Nairobi
- Western Region
- Coast Region
- Lower Eastern Region
One position per region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing retail accounts
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure product visibility and stock levels in trade
- Prepare sales reports and market insights for management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cosmetics or FMCG sales
- Proven sales performance track record
- Knowledge of the beauty and personal care market
- Established industry network (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driving licence (preferred)
