About This Role

As a Clinical Technical Support Specialist, you’ll serve as a Prompt software expert supporting B2B clients via email, triaging support tickets, and contributing to product improvement from the frontlines of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and requests via email support using the help desk platform — accurately, efficiently, and with genuine clinical understanding
- Triage incoming tickets and escalate to appropriate internal teams with full supporting context and documentation
- Support engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritisation — your clinical lens helps the product team understand real-world impact
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across Prompt’s full software offering
- Promote customer satisfaction by understanding each client’s unique and evolving needs — going beyond resolving tickets to delivering genuine value
- Identify opportunities to improve product and service features based on recurring customer feedback patterns
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Clinical background required — physical therapist, therapist assistant, rehab technician, or equivalent clinical position in a healthcare environment
Technical Skills
- Highly analytical mindset with superior ability to troubleshoot and test software use cases
- Exceptional written communication skills — this is an email-only support role, written clarity is the core deliverable
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to learn new software systems quickly and autonomously
Preferred Qualifications (added advantage)
