Key Responsibilities
- Team management and supervision of store operations
- Stock control and inventory management
- Logistics coordination across the supply chain
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Effective cross-functional coordination with other departments
- Streamlining warehouse processes and improving operational efficiency
- Maintaining high professional standards throughout store operations
- Accounting support and financial record management
- Microsoft Excel proficiency for reporting and data management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar store supervisor or warehouse management role
- Mature individual willing to commit long-term
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills
- Accounting background is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
