Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing: Present, promote, and sell medical products to existing and prospective customers, achieve agreed sales targets, identify customer needs, and provide suitable product solutions
- Service Excellence: Stay updated on industry best practices, promotional trends, and the latest clinical data to support effective engagement with healthcare professionals
- Customer Service: Conduct regular customer visits, manage existing accounts, secure orders, support payment collection, and address customer complaints and product return issues
- Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports while gathering and sharing market intelligence on pricing, products, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and resilience by embracing change and supporting additional responsibilities assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related course
- Previous experience in the marketing of pharmaceutical products is preferable
- At least 4 years of field sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders professionally
