Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders
- Handle, organise, and maintain highly confidential and sensitive documents with strict discretion
- Prepare and manage legal and compliance documentation and correspondence
- Track key deadlines, follow-ups, and compliance-related deliverables
- Support preparation of materials, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organised digital filing systems for legal and compliance records
- Assist in compliance processes, audits, and special projects as required
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience working in a legal environment or handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or legal/compliance teams
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and data protection principles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
