Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality beauty content including nails, hair, and beauty services
- Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Respond to inquiries and engage with clients online in a professional and timely manner
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions across digital channels
- Work closely with branch teams to create engaging, on-brand content
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or retail industry is an added advantage
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Creative, organised, and highly accountable
