Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service or customer experience management
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in aviation or hospitality will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field
