We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Plan & Deliver team.
In this role, you will support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, upholding food safety standards, and contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
:
· Ensure timely dispatch of goods according to agreed schedules.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and timely ERP system updates.
· Verify and organize products received from production or suppliers using FIFO/FEFO methods.
· Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with food safety requirements.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
· Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality standards at all times.
· Support forklift operations including unloading, stacking, and maintaining inspection records.
· Submit timely operational reports and document scheduled warehouse activities.

· Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse role.
