About This Role
This position sits within EssilorLuxottica’s Professional Solutions team, which works directly with business clients — optical retailers, eye care professionals, and industry partners — across the United States. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary function is handling inbound calls from new and existing business clients, resolving issues, processing orders, and making sure every client interaction upholds the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from new and existing business clients and process orders accurately and efficiently
