A busy fine dining venue in Dubai is actively recruiting across front-of-house, kitchen, bakery, and operations teams. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a fine dining environment in the UAE is required for all positions. Multiple vacancies are available across the following roles:
FRONT OF HOUSE
Assistant Restaurant Manager (1 vacancy) Supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Floor Manager (1 vacancy) Manages the dining floor during service, coordinates between front-of-house and kitchen teams, handles guest relations, and ensures smooth, efficient table management throughout each shift.
Floor Supervisor (1 vacancy) Supervises the service team on the floor, monitors standards during service, supports the Floor Manager, and ensures staff are delivering consistent, high-quality guest interactions.
Hostess (3 vacancies) The first point of contact for guests. Responsible for welcoming diners, managing reservations and seating, maintaining a polished front-of-house presence, and setting the tone for the overall dining experience.
Waiter (7 vacancies) Delivers attentive, knowledgeable table service throughout the dining experience. Responsible for taking orders accurately, communicating menu details confidently, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
Cashier (4 vacancies) Handles all billing and payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Manages POS systems, processes multiple payment methods, and ensures a seamless checkout experience for guests.
Runners (10 vacancies) Support the service team by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the table promptly and accurately. A critical role in maintaining the pace and flow of service during busy periods.
BAR & BEVERAGES
Barista (5 vacancies) Prepares and serves a full range of specialty coffee and hot beverages to a high standard. Expected to have solid knowledge of espresso-based drinks, milk techniques, and coffee quality control in a fine dining setting.
Juice Maker (3 vacancies) Prepares fresh juices, smoothies, and cold beverages to order. Responsible for maintaining freshness, presentation standards, and consistent quality across all beverage offerings.
HOT KITCHEN
Sous Chef – Hot Kitchen (1 vacancy) Assists the Head Chef in managing the hot kitchen section. Oversees daily preparation and service, maintains food quality and consistency, mentors junior kitchen staff, and ensures adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
DCDP – Kitchen (2 vacancies) A Demi Chef de Partie responsible for managing a specific station within the hot kitchen, preparing mise en place, and supporting the CDP and Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality output during service.
Commis I – Kitchen (3 vacancies) An entry-to-mid level kitchen role supporting senior chefs in food preparation and station setup. Expected to work cleanly, efficiently, and in line with the kitchen’s quality and hygiene standards.
BAKERY TEAM
Sous Chef – Bakery (1 vacancy) Leads the bakery team alongside the Head of Pastry. Oversees production planning, recipe consistency, team supervision, and quality control across all baked goods and pastry output.
Junior Sous Chef – Bakery (1 vacancy) Supports the Bakery Sous Chef in daily production and team coordination. Takes ownership of specific bakery sections and assists in maintaining standards, consistency, and timely output.
CDP – Bakery Team (2 vacancies) A Chef de Partie within the bakery team responsible for managing a designated pastry or baking station, ensuring quality preparation, and supporting senior bakery chefs during production and service.
Commis I – Bakery (6 vacancies) Supports the bakery team in daily preparation, production assistance, and station maintenance. Expected to follow recipes precisely, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to the overall efficiency of bakery operations.
OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
Store Keeper (1 vacancy) Manages the receipt, storage, and issuance of all stock and supplies. Maintains accurate inventory records, conducts regular stock counts, and coordinates with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Dispatcher (3 vacancies) Coordinates the timely dispatch of orders, liaises between kitchen and delivery or service teams, and ensures that all outgoing orders are accurate, complete, and dispatched within the required timeframe.
Requirements — All Positions
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a busy fine dining venue in the UAE is required across all roles. Candidates must be currently based in or have direct UAE fine dining experience.
