Hourly wages range from €14.50 to €17.00 gross, guaranteed working hours of 50–57 per week, and a minimum two-year contract. Monthly gross earnings typically fall between €2,000 and €3,500 depending on your experience level and hours worked.

About This Opportunity
Germany is experiencing a critical shortage of skilled electrical technicians in its construction sector. New residential, commercial, and industrial developments across Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, and Berlin are creating consistent demand for qualified electricians from international markets.
This employer is actively recruiting from Africa, Asia, and other non-EU regions — covering your visa, relocation, and professional credential recognition so you can build a career in one of Europe’s strongest construction markets without upfront financial barriers.
You’ll work on active construction sites installing electrical systems from scratch — this is hands-on, site-based work, not office or supervisory in nature. German construction operates under strict quality and safety standards, meaning the experience you gain is recognised across Europe.
