Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Engage customers across various communication channels including phone, email, and social platforms
- Assist in developing customer communication materials and responses
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback for improvement
- Uphold the company’s brand image through professional communication at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-graduation field exposure
- Experience in a customer-facing or communication-related role is an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
