About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you will support users across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and help create a seamless experience for recruiters, employers, and candidates using the aiRecruitTalent platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support via chat, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with platform onboarding and general product usage
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to improve user experience
- Help maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Ensure customers feel supported, valued, and heard at every stage
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools and online support systems
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote environment
- Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience
- Interest in technology, recruitment, SaaS, or AI platforms is a plus
