About Treasure Communications Limited
Treasure Communications Limited is a sales and field marketing company managing brand activations and distribution projects for consumer goods clients across Kenya. The organisation works with established brands — including Kimfay and Ketepa — deploying field teams to drive sales, ensure brand visibility, and deliver measurable results at the ground level.
The Roles
Two Supervisor positions are available, each reporting directly to the Project Lead:
- One Supervisor based in Nakuru for the Kimfay Project
- One Supervisor based in Meru for the Ketepa Project
Both roles carry the same scope of responsibility. The Supervisor will oversee and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring daily field performance, achievement of sales targets, and accurate reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of field sales representatives
- Plan and assign daily routes and sales targets to the team
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and provide hands-on guidance
- Ensure that all sales representatives adhere to brand guidelines and maintain professionalism in the field
- Consolidate daily sales data and submit accurate reports to the Project Lead
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product inquiries at the field level
- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and strong brand visibility across all assigned outlets
- Resolve field challenges efficiently and escalate issues to the Project Lead where necessary
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of two years of experience in field sales supervision or FMCG sales leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and prepare clear, accurate reports
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and positively influence a sales team
What Makes This Role Demanding — and Rewarding
Field sales supervision in the FMCG sector is one of the most outcome-driven environments in Kenyan commerce. You are accountable for your team’s numbers, their conduct, their routes, and their results — every single day. The role requires someone who leads from the front, communicates clearly under pressure, and can balance administrative reporting with active field presence.
For the right candidate, however, it is also one of the most direct paths to senior sales and operations leadership within a growing agency or brand environment.
Why Your Application Must Be Specific and Well-Structured
Treasure Communications Limited has indicated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. With two positions and likely a high volume of applications from both Nakuru and Meru regions, your CV and cover letter must make an immediate impression.
Your CV must clearly demonstrate your field sales supervision experience — not just list job titles, but show results. How many representatives did you manage? What targets were you responsible for? What reporting structures did you work within? These are the specifics that move an application from the general pile to the shortlist.
Your subject line must read exactly as instructed: Supervisor. Failure to follow this instruction alone can result in your application being filtered out before it is ever read.
