HIRING: TEAM LEAD – CALL CENTER 🚨
Location: Thika Road, Nairobi (Office-based only)
Role Type: Full-time, on-site only
Halisi is a fast-growing E-Commerce company specializing in dietary supplements across Africa. We’re looking for one strong Sales Team Lead to strengthen our call center and drive daily performance.
Compensation:
Ksh 70,000 – 100,000 per month (Fixed salary + performance-based incentives)
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily supervision of sales agents’ performance, discipline & attendance
2. Monitoring calls, scripts & CRM activity
3. Coaching agents on objections, urgency & closing
4. Giving clear, direct feedback
5. Enforcing structure, routines & accountability
6. Acting as the link between agents and management
What You Need
1. Strong sales background (call center / telesales preferred)
2. Clear understanding of KPIs & targets
3. Confident spoken English
4. Prior leadership exposure (Team Lead, Senior Agent, Supervisor, or Acting Lead)
5. Comfortable with pressure, accountability & performance control
