Altura Talent Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable International NGO implementing a School Feeding Programme in North Eastern Kenya.
We are seeking three (3) Program Officers to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of school feeding interventions aimed at improving nutrition outcomes, school attendance, and community engagement.
Support implementation of school feeding activities in assigned locations
Coordinate with schools, county education offices, local authorities, and community stakeholders
Monitor programme performance and ensure compliance with NGO and donor standards
Collect, analyse, and submit accurate programme data and reports
Contribute to programme planning, learning, and continuous improvement
&
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Nutrition, Education, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field
2–3 years’ experience in NGO or development programmes (school feeding or nutrition experience is a strong advantage)
Proven experience working at community level, preferably in ASAL contexts
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data collection tools is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Gross monthly salary: KES 180,000 – 200,000, depending on experience and qualifications
