About This Role
As a Travel Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll take inbound calls from customers ready to plan and book their vacations — guiding them through car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and local experiences. This is a relationship-based selling role, not cold calling. Every caller is already interested in travel — your job is to match them with the right experience and close the booking.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Take inbound calls from customers planning vacations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Guide customers through the full booking process — air, hotel, car rental, cruises, and local experiences
- Build genuine rapport quickly and ask probing questions to understand each customer’s travel needs
- Recommend personalised, lifestyle-aligned travel solutions for each caller
Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as the go-to resource for customers — knowledgeable, confident, and solutions-focused
- Seamlessly cross-sell and upsell additional travel services during each interaction
- Stay current on Travel + Leisure Co.’s product portfolio and booking systems
Technology & Multitasking
- Simultaneously manage CRM systems, booking tools, payment systems, and communication applications
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues independently while working from home
- Learn travel software quickly — prior knowledge of Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan is helpful but not required
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED — required
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- 6 months of travel-related experience is a plus but not mandatory
Skills
- Proven ability to drive results through inbound service and relationship-based selling
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability — comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously
- Intermediate computer proficiency with ability to self-troubleshoot at home
- Technology agility — ability to learn new systems quickly
Location — mandatory: This role is open to residents of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina only. Candidates outside these three US states will not be considered.

Salary, Contract & Location Details
Compensation
- $16.50 USD per hour base pay
- Monthly sales incentives based on performance — uncapped earning potential above base

Contract Type
Full-time permanent position.
Training Schedule
5-week paid training — Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm EST starting 6 June 2026. Attendance for the full training period is required.
Post-Training Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm EST (set schedule provided)
- Saturday: 9:30am – 6:00pm EST
- Some holiday availability required
Work From Home Requirements
All of the following are mandatory before your start date:
- Quiet workplace free of distractions and background noise
- High-speed internet: minimum 20 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload / average ping below 100ms
- Ability to hardwire your computer directly to your router — Wi-Fi only is not accepted
- Personal device with a working camera for the first week of training (company computer ships to your home after)
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to self-troubleshoot technical issues remotely
