    Position: Business Relationship Trainee

    Minimum Qualification: Diploma

    You will support implementation of program activities within assigned communities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Mobilize and recruit community groups and members
    Facilitate group formation, training, and ongoing support
    Promote awareness of organization activities within assigned areas
    Collect and manage member data and documentation
    Support loan processing, disbursement, and recovery follow-ups
    Prepare reports (daily, monthly, and annual)
    Represent the organization in community and stakeholder forums
    Ensure compliance with policies and maintain proper records

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or higher in Community Development, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience
    • Understanding of rural and peri-urban development is an advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

    Additional Requirements

    Valid motorcycle riding license (mandatory)
    Willingness to work in rural and field environments
    Strong commitment to community empowerment
