QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, or related field
- CRM, Front Office, or Customer Service certification is an added advantage Strong ICT and MIS proficiency
- 3-5 years in office administration or operations (education/TVET preferred)
- Proven experience in digitizing manual records and processes
- Experience in policy drafting, compliance, or safety procedures
