About This Role
The Treasury Accounting Associate will play a key role supporting multiple departments by managing bank transactions and payroll processes — ensuring accuracy and timeliness across a regional LATAM operation. You’ll help prevent duplicate payments, support payroll operations, assess potential fraud, and build cash and liquidity reports for corporate leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue fraud decisions on ACH payments and checks
- Support the payroll team with inquiries — checks, direct deposits, and related matters
- Fund and manage employee payroll cards
- Prepare return reports for payroll
- Build cash and forecast reports for corporate
- Handle incoming payroll-related inquiries across the LATAM region
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Finance or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or payroll operations
Skills
- English level C1 — required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
