- Guide farmers on soil health improvement
- Support post-harvest management
- Conduct regular farm visits

🎓 Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agricultural Sciences (or related field)
- 0–2 years experience (Fresh graduates encouraged!)
- Ability to work in the field for long hours
