This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in online travel agencies (OTAs), hotel or tour reservations, and digital marketing who are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and driving online sales performance.
About the Role
The E-commerce, Reservations & Marketing Agent will play a central role in managing online distribution channels, supporting the central reservations office, and working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional content across digital platforms. The position also involves managing guest communications and feedback while supporting marketing campaigns through email and WhatsApp outreach.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize OTA platforms, including Booking.com and Airbnb.

Support the central reservations office with booking management and coordination.

Liaise with the marketing team to develop online promotions and digital content.

Distribute and manage marketing campaigns via email and WhatsApp channels.

Respond to guest feedback and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings across all online platforms.

Support revenue and occupancy targets through effective online sales strategies.
Required Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience managing OTAs, specifically Booking.com and Airbnb, is essential.

A minimum of two years’ experience in hotel reservations, tour operations, or a related hospitality role.

Knowledge or experience in short-term rentals is an added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong sales and customer engagement ability.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

A customer-focused approach with the ability to anticipate and address guest needs effectively.
Remuneration
The position offers a fixed salary based on experience, plus commissions tied to performance and targets.
