KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and guide patients professionally, ensuring accurate and efficient registration
- Handle all inquiries (in-person & phone) with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate imaging appointments to optimize workflow
- Actively manage patient flow, queues, and urgent cases in a busy setting
- Support billing processes, maintain accurate records, and uphold patient confidentiality
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Customer Service, Business, Health Records, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hospital or high-volume front office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with healthcare software systems is an added advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
